How do I get my Genealogy on my site?
   You will need to send us a GEDCOM file.

What is a GEDCOM file?
   GEDCOM  is standard method of genealogical data exchange format that you get from your desktop program PAF, Legacy, FamilyTreeMaker, Reunion, etc. and is the easiest way to get your data into vFOG.  
Also you can enter your data by hand directly into 
vFOG.

How long will it take to get my Genealogy site up and working?
   The normal time is one business day after receiving your GEDCOM file.

Can I get my 
vFOG data out to be used with other programs?
   Yes, by exporting out a GEDCOM file from 
vFOG.

Will my vFOG site work with both a PC or MAC?
   Yes, vFOG is a web-based system.

Does vFOG require any special software on my computer?
   No, just a web browser.

What web browser do I need on my computer?
   Internet Explorer (I.E.), Firefox or Safari.

How can I get support for my
